How to use the Organise PDF

  1. Drop in one PDF, or several — every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Drag pages into order, tap to pick them, and delete, turn or duplicate what you need.
  3. Use the scissors between two pages to break the result into separate files.
  4. Download it as one PDF, or as a ZIP of the pieces.

Questions people ask

How is this different from the merge, split and delete tools?

Those each do one thing well. This does all of them in one pass, so you do not have to download a file and open it in the next tool just to drop a page and turn another.

Can I combine pages from different documents?

Yes. Open as many PDFs as you like and their pages join the same list, each marked with the letter of the document it came from. Drag them wherever you want them.

What do the scissors do?

They mark a break between two pages. Every break starts a new file, so one pass can give you three documents out of one. With no breaks you get a single PDF.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. They are opened, drawn and rebuilt inside the browser tab and never sent anywhere, which is the point when the file is a contract or a bank statement.

Will it keep the quality?

Yes. Pages are copied across whole rather than re-rendered, so text stays text and nothing is recompressed.
